Riserva del Podere Typical Geographical Indication Val Tidone Type: dry soft still red wine Vineyard: Barbera, Croatina Grade: 13,5 % vol. Tasting notes: bright garnet colour, elegant bouquet thanks to a careful selection and proper ripening of the grapes. Balanced taste of red fruits, plum and cherry, good acidity and length, soft high quality tannins mixed with its structure. Serving suggestions: ideal with Emilian pasta dishes (anolini in brodo, tagliatelle with meat sauce, lasagne) boiled, braised or grilled red meat, game, seasoned cheese and polenta with wild boar. Serving temperature: 16-18°C |
